Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Ramani (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to pay for a session.

2. What the service is

Ramani provides free guides on visa lotteries, and paid AI assistant sessions that answer questions using those guides and official sources. Ramani is not affiliated with any government. We are not a law firm, immigration consultant or government agency, and the service does not provide legal or immigration advice.

We do not enter lotteries for you, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we do not guarantee selection. Always check the rules and deadlines on the official government website before you apply.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything that happens under your Ramani sign-in. Tell us at hello@visalottery.co.ke if you think someone else has used it.

4. Paid sessions and payments

• Paid sessions unlock the AI assistant for one lottery for a limited number of messages and a limited time. The price and limits are shown before you pay.
• Payments are made through M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja). You are responsible for the phone number you use and for confirming the payment prompt.
• Paid sessions expire 7 days after they are created, whether or not you have used all your messages.

5. Using the AI assistant

The assistant generates answers automatically. It can make mistakes or be out of date. Do not rely on it alone for decisions about your application. Do not enter passport numbers, national ID numbers or other sensitive identifiers in chat; they are redacted before storage, but please avoid sharing them.

6. Photo check

The photo check compares your photo with the published rules and offers an automatic fix. It is advisory only. It runs in your browser, and the official entry site makes the final decision on whether your photo is accepted. You are responsible for checking the photo yourself, including the eyes, expression and glasses.

7. Reports and content

If you submit a report about a lottery, it must be honest and based on what you know. You must not submit false, abusive or misleading content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may review, edit or remove reports.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by scraping it, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with payments, or using the assistant to produce content that is unlawful or harmful.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including missed deadlines, rejected applications, or decisions made from information in the guides or the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kenya.
